General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) define the rights and obligations between Alpha Travel Tourist Agency (hereinafter: the Agency) and the users of its services (hereinafter: the Client).
By using the services of the Agency, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Agency organizes one-day excursions within the Republic of Croatia, including transportation, guiding, and other services specified in the description of each excursion.
3. Reservations and Payments
Excursion reservations are made exclusively via e-mail or by phone, using the contact information listed on the Agency’s website.
Payment is made in advance based on the sent offer or on-site, depending on the agreement between Alpha Travel Tourist Agency and the Client. On-site payments may be made in cash or by bank card.
Advance payment conditions are as follows:
A deposit of 50% of the arrangement value is required at the time of reservation or no later than 10 days before the reserved date.
If the reservation is cancelled 5 days or more before the scheduled date, the full deposit will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled 4 days or fewer before the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather or similar circumstances), the entire deposit will be refunded, regardless of the time of cancellation.
If Alpha Travel Tourist Agency is required to cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded to the Client’s account.
Prices are expressed in euros and include all costs related to the service subject to reservation. If any additional cost is not included in the quoted offer, Alpha Travel Tourist Agency commits to explicitly notify the Client in writing and state the exact amount of such additional costs.
The prices of services provided by Alpha Travel Tourist Agency include VAT.
4. Obligations of the Agency
The Agency commits to providing services in accordance with the description and prior agreement, and to ensure the safety and comfort of the excursion.
We reserve the right to alter the excursion itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety issues, or other extraordinary events. In such cases, the Agency will make reasonable efforts to organize a suitable alternative, depending on available possibilities.
Refunds will not be issued for bank transfer fees or credit card charges.
5. Obligations of the Client
The Client is obliged to follow the Agency’s instructions and rules during the excursion and to respect the agreed-upon times.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal
The Client may cancel a reserved excursion by notifying the Agency in a timely manner. The cancellation terms are governed by the provisions of Article 3 of these Terms.
7. Liability
The Agency is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from unpredictable circumstances beyond the Agency’s control.
Alpha Travel Tourist Agency reserves the right to exclude from the excursion any person who is found to be under the influence of alcohol or deemed unfit to safely participate, or if their behavior poses a risk to the safety of the group or the excursion. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the excluded person(s).
Alpha Travel Tourist Agency assumes no liability for acts or omissions of third-party service providers not under our direct control, whether such acts or omissions are negligent or not.
We accept no contractual or tort liability for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by events beyond our control, which could not have been reasonably avoided, including but not limited to: war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, extreme weather conditions, acts of God, government actions or other public authorities, traffic accidents, and mechanical failures.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is in Split, Republic of Croatia.
8. Data Protection
The Agency processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy, available on the Agency’s official website.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All changes will be published on the Agency’s website.
10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
All disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia, and Croatian law shall apply.
11. Submitting Consumer Complaints
In accordance with Article 6, Item 3 of the Croatian Law on the Provision of Tourism Services (Official Gazette No. 130/17), we inform consumers that they may submit a written complaint expressing dissatisfaction with the provided service. A written confirmation of receipt will be issued without delay.

The Agency undertakes to respond to the written complaint within 15 days of its receipt.
