Our Overview

Brusnik Island is located 13 nautical miles west of Vis, covering an area of 50,000 square meters, with its highest peak rising 30 meters above sea level.
The island is uninhabited and is predominantly made up of volcanic rock. Due to this, magnetic disturbances have been recorded in the area around the island.
Because of the lack of fertile soil, vegetation is scarce, and caper bushes are mostly what grows there. The island is home to an endemic species of black lizard.
Since 1951, Brusnik has been legally protected as a geological natural monument, and since 2019, it has been part of the UNESCO Vis Archipelago Geopark.
A visit to Brusnik Island is a unique experience due to its unusual terrain. You can expect complete privacy, as the island is isolated from popular tourist spots.
The island has a small beach where a swim is guaranteed to be a memorable experience.
A visit to the Blue Cave can be included in this tour, depending on clients’ preferences.
